Suitable for everyone, these classes focus on how to meditate and use Buddhist understanding to solve daily problems.

Each class will consist of guided meditation, and a talk and will include light refreshments.

Based on the CD series of simple guided meditations - meditations for everyday life.These classes last for half an hour and consist of a guided meditation and simple instructions on how to develop inner peace.
£3 per class* includes a coffee or tea
Or stay for homemade soup afterwards – £4.50 incl.*
