Calm Your Mind

Find the solution to painful feelings

In these classes, we will learn practical advice on what to do when painful feelings arise in our mind e.g. how to:

  • not panic
  • take the time to see what is really going on in our mind
  • discover where our painful feelings come from
  • deal with difficulties with a calm and happy mind through simple meditation

How to Solve Our Human Problems, Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

The classes are organized as short courses, usually 3, 4 or 5 weeks long. You can attend the whole course or simply drop in whenever you can as each class is self-contained, or you can just come along to try a session.

You do not need to book in advance, simply pay when you arrive.
