Meditation and the Mind

An introduction to four simple guided meditations that will help us to experience mental clarity and inner peace by meditating on our mind itself. The first meditation is a simple breathing meditation. The second meditation lays the foundation for meditating on the mind by helping to temporarily overcome physical appearances. The third introduces us to the clarity of our mind, and the fourth is a meditation on our root mind. Together they lead us on a voyage of exploration of our mind through which we can discover our own inner potential for lasting peace and happiness. All these meditations can be practiced by anyone.
