In our modern world it seems that, whatever our lifestyle, we will inevitably experience much stress and anxiety. But so much of the stress and tension we experience comes from our mind, and many of our daily problems, such as relationship difficulties and ill health, are caused or aggravated by this stress.
On this weekend meditation retreat we will explore how Buddhist meditation, combined with a change in our perspective on life, can enable us to control our mind and thereby reduce and finally eliminate this stress. Through training in these practices and applying them in our daily life, we can develop an unshakeable mind that is always happy and relaxed, regardless of our external circumstances.
