We all have bad habits. We tend to identify with our habits and as a result can easily feel stuck and unable to change.

Buddha’s teachings teach us how we can to relate to ourselves in a far more positive way. On this course we will learn how to recognise our potential and our ability to overcome our habits. In so doing we can develop a special spiritual confidence that empowers us to become the person we really want to be.
