Transformation and Forgiveness – Weekend Retreat
with Gen Kelsang Drolkyi
For as long as we hold on to hurts from others and our own mistakes, we will find it impossible to really move forward with our life. Holding on to these things keeps us locked into the same cycles of destructive thoughts and behaviours and prevents things from changing.
Buddha gave many powerful explanations to help us understand how to stop grasping at the past and how to let go of mistakes, hurt and resentment.
This course gives us an opportunity to learn and become familiar with the meditations on impermanence and acceptance which will free us from the past, enable us to forgive ourself and others and transform ourself into the person we wish to become.
Important please read the following information before booking.
