After a good night’s sleep in this peaceful place you can join in morning meditation sessions to lighten and calm your mind.

Then it’s lunch and head off, revived and ready to face the world with a fresh approach!

Drinks: 6.45pm
Meditation: 7.30pm
Meal: 8.00pm

Saturday Morning Schedule:
Meditation: 9 - 10am
Meditation: 11am - 12noon
