Developing Mental Freedom
In this course (based on Buddha’s 4 noble truths), we will develop the ability to rely on peaceful minds, developing the freedom to choose how we react to different situations instead of our well worn habits of mind that just make the problem worse. Through these practices we will accomplish what we wish for, true happiness and freedom from problems.
