Manjushri KMC holds regular classes in local towns consisting of teachings and guided meditations.

FIND YOUR INNER WARRIOR

In this course we learn how to become a warrior of the mind - someone who is able to gain freedom from being controlled by their negative thoughts and painful minds.
It can often seem like we have no choice about how we feel, but in the mind training tradition Buddha taught extensively on how to overcome delusions through the practice of exchanging self with others. We learn to become inner warriors with nothing to fear. These teachings can be practiced in daily life and are a very precious instruction for freeing ourself from deep seated unhappiness.
The course is based on the book The New Eight Steps to Happiness by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche The methods taught in this book have inspired generations of Buddhist practitioners for almost a thousand years, and brought lasting peace, inspiration and serenity to countless people.
Each class will include 2 meditations, a teaching and some discussion.
