Meditation is recognised as having many benefits for your mental and physical health, so when you gain the ability to meditate you increase your wellbeing and enjoyment of life. This course will teach the basics of meditation and provide you with the techniques to improve your concentration and mindfulness. It is suitable for beginners as well as those who want to give a boost to their meditation practice.
