WEEKLY MEDITATION CLASSES

2026-02 Classes in the Lake.jpgMKMC WEB - CLASS

Improve your mind,

the key to changing your life for the better!

8 week meditation course
 February 10 - April 2

Happiness and suffering are feelings – parts of our mind – and so their main causes are not to be found outside the mind. If we really want to be truly happy and free from suffering and problems we must improve our understanding of the mind.

Learn how to:

  • Develop a light positive mind
  • How to recognise states of mind that harm us and begin to abandon them
  • How to develop peaceful beneficial states of minds that help us
  • Control your own mind in meditation and throughout the day and find the life you long for.

Everyone is welcome!
