This 3-week meditation course challenges us to assess our motivation and explains how we can find a good motivation and the freedom to choose our experiences.

In this 5-week series, we’ll explore one of the most beneficial states of mind: LOVE.
This practice helps us find true happiness, improve relationships, and bring happiness to others. As we cultivate genuine love, our mind will be at peace all the time, leaving no basis for conflict or disputes; therefore, we will experience lasting happiness and harmonious relationships.

Gen-la Dekyong is a qualified teacher of meditation and modern Kadampa Buddhism, who teaches internationally to thousands of people worldwide.
Each class consists:
of a short talk, guided meditations and discussion.
