Our happiness and wellbeing depend on being able to keep a positive outlook on life, but our outlook depends on our motivation. This year, why not make the decision to take your life in a positive direction through taking control of your motivation?
This 3-week meditation course challenges us to assess our motivation and explains how we can find a good motivation and the freedom to choose our experiences.

She is a senior teacher in the New Kadampa Tradition, with 35 years of experience including over 30 years of ordination. Gen Drolkyi teaches the Foundation Programme at Manjushri KMC.
Each class consists:
of a short talk, guided meditations and discussion.
