The Confidence to Deal with Difficult People
Tuesdays: 7:30 – 9pm
9 April – 14 May, 2024
Good relationships with people we live and work with, can bring us much happiness and enjoyment in life. However, often people don’t behave in the way we wish so that instead of bringing joy, we find many relationships make us feel criticised, undermined, angry or just tired!
This course looks at how to build up confidence in dealing with people we see as difficult so that we come to respect and appreciate them and they in turn appreciate us.
The course is based on the book The New Eight Steps to Happiness by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche The methods taught in this book have inspired generations of Buddhist practitioners for almost a thousand years, and brought lasting peace, inspiration and serenity to countless people.
Practical and essential advice for everyone.
£7.50 per class. Book individual classes or book for the course.
It is also possible to drop-in to a class.
