In our busy lives how can we make the most of our time, in a meaningful way, that benefits both ourselves and those around us?
This day retreat offers a chance to step back and discover how spiritual practice can become part of everything we do. Through guided meditation and practical insights, we’ll explore how to develop a calm, positive outlook that stays with us—whether we’re at work, relaxing at home, or spending time with our friends.
Rather than feeling a divide between meditation and daily activities, we’ll begin to see how each supports the other. Our meditation nourishes our daily life, and our daily life becomes the path to deeper inner peace and lasting happiness. In this way, every moment becomes meaningful and beneficial—for ourselves and for others.
