Begin the new year with five practical steps to let go of the negativities weighing us down and cultivate peaceful, positive thoughts that uplift your mind. This will not only benefit you but also those around you. In this series of classes we will explore the many benefits of meditation, learn how to meditate and develop a joyful, peaceful mind more able to cope with any of life’s problems. Each class consists of a short talk, guided meditations and discussion.

Simple guided breathing / relaxation meditation

 

Practical teaching on meditation and positive thinking

 

Conclude with meditation followed by discussion
