DAY RETREAT
Accepting Change & Loss
Everything is changing all the time.
This axiom is a bedrock from which Buddhist thought is built. Resisting change and inevitable loss makes us clingy, fearful, and confused in our prioritization. We stay stuck in the past. When we embrace the truth of impermanence, we let go of unrealistic expectations, stop seeking happiness in superficial places and invest in our inner, or spiritual, development.
In this course, you will learn Buddha's essential instructions on how to meditate on death and impermanence, how to use this for a happier life, and how to integrate it into your busy modern lifestyle.
Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike, come along to discover through teachings and guided meditations how a change in perspective can change everything.
