Retreat
Aug 27 - 30, 2027
About the Retreat:

Simplify and find a blissful truth: peace is found within. Searching for happiness outside ourselves is exhausting and leaves us dissatisfied. Trying to control every detail of life in order to be happy feels overwhelming and, even when things go well, we eventually discover new frustrations.
Buddha taught we can rest from this endless search and discover liberation and freedom through meditation. This is astounding and encouraging.
On this special retreat, we will look at step-by-step methods to use meditation so that each one of us can find this happiness inside our own hearts in our modern, daily lives.
Everyone welcome!
