The Great Middle Way, Emptiness: realizing the things we normally see do not exist

The Blessing Empowerment of Great Mother Prajnaparamita
& Teachings on the Correct View of Emptiness with Gen-la Kelsang Jampa

February 26 - 28, 2027

The realization of emptiness – ultimate truth – is a universal remedy, a panacea, because it is the only experience that alone solves all our problems.
However, to realize emptiness we must precisely identify its negated object – the things we normally see. During this course, Gen-la Jampa will share advice and explanations he received from Venerable Geshe-la regarding the meaning of this very blessed instruction.

Gen-la Kelsang Jampa is the General Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition and Resident Teacher at Manjushri KMC. Gen-la has been a student of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for many years, and under Geshe-la's guidance has taught at many centres and events around the world. Gen-la is well-loved for his clear and inspiring teachings and his ability to touch people’s hearts through his sincerity and loving-kindness.

Following this special weekend course, there will be an opportunity to engage in a short retreat with Gen Kelsang Eúpame, National Spiritual Director of France and Resident Teacher of KMC France.

Retreat Experience

II was able to do a one-month retreat in January, and it has been the most significant experience of my life. I found within my own heart a light, a peace that permeated everything. Every moment became a magical experience, where the divine and the extraordinary made everything feel out of this world. I truly hope everyone has the opportunity to experience the same and is inspired to do a retreat in this special place.
