Lamrim meditations help us to solve the problems of daily life and maintain a calm and happy mind all the time. Eventually we can attain permanent freedom from the inner causes of all worry and problems and help others to do the same. Lamrim is the very essence of Buddha’s teachings and is very practical – ideally suited to modern life.
