Understanding our Past, Creating our Future
Weekend Meditation Retreat
Mar 20 - 22, 2026
Learn how to view life from a place of wisdom that empowers us to let go of past hurts and experience our freedom to change, from living fully in the present.
In this retreat, we will explore Buddha's empowering teachings and meditations on subtle impermanence, emptiness and karma. Discover how in reality, we are not fixed or defined by our past experiences or present limiting beliefs. Indeed we all have an extraordinary potential for positive change and good qualities.
Through cultivating this spiritual potential, we can redirect our lives, free of the past and create the truly peaceful, happy and meaningful future we want.
