Please note: due to a special event, there will be no class on Sunday 1 March.Prayers for World Peace is a free meditation class that gives us the opportunity to develop a warm and loving heart. Classes include two guided meditations a talk and inspiring prayers for world peace.
Each week’s class will cover a small section from the book “New Eight Steps to Happiness”. Topics include: how to see kindness and good qualities in others, reflecting on the many benefits of love, and how to cultivate positive views and intentions.

– July 12Family fun with meditations, games, stories and activities.
Children will be gently guided in relaxing meditations and fun activities, giving them techniques to gain confidence, focus and consideration for others.
Drop in any week of the class dates.
Class Fee: £3.50 per child (families with 1 child £3.50, families with more than 1 child £5)
