Classes are held on Sunday 7 - 9pm and Tuesday 7 - 8.45am.

You can drop-in to any class - no booking is needed. Or you can choose to take the STTP commitments and undertake to attend every class at the centre.

Whichever way we follow the classes they are very rewarding and enable people to gain in-depth understanding and practical experience of Buddha's teachings.
